A solid fourteen carat yellow gold toothpick.  This is perhaps the ultimate accessory for those that have it all!  The pick is wonderfully made with the handle part shaped to look like a fine bamboo shoot.  At the top there is a bail and a link, so it could be placed onto a chain if desired.  The pick part is flattened out and tapers to a point.
